Land Rover San Diego

I purchased a used BMW from Land Rover of San Diego and my experience was excellent. Started with a phone conversation with Patrick and appointment with Ernesto. There were some concerns about a few things with the vehicle and sales manager Ryan sorted everything out and was extremely understanding. Andrew in finance was thorough and explained everything properly. After delivery I had to drop off the car for spare key and some other issues and was greeted by Ernesto again with a loaner car for the time being. Big thanks and shout out to these guys for going above and beyond with my purchase. This is not a typical dealership, you won’t be disappointed!! Ask for Ernesto!!

Alexei showcased true professionalism with exceptional customer service. When I called the dealer, I was fortunate that Alexei picked up my call. He listed to my request and DELIVERED. I receive make a deal via text and complete the majority of the transaction before I ever stepped foot into the facility . Upon arrival, I signed a few documents and went into financial. Alexei efficiently expedited my acquisition process, and I am thankful for the smooth transition. Furthermore, Cherry in finance was fantastic to work with, taking the time to explain not only what I was signing but also offering recommendations for additions to my vehicle. Overall, this was a genuinely delightful experience!

We came in looking for a specific pre-owned Jaguar model that was out of stock. I had no intention on buying a Range Rover. Jesse showed us around and never pressured us in any way. He was incredibly polite and easy to talk to. We never once felt like we were dealing with a pushy sales guy. He was patient and allowed us to take our time. They gave me an excellent deal on my trade in and I left with a beautiful Velar that I never would have even considered. The process was so quick and painless and the amount of care I received even after the store closed was out of this world. I had a few remaining questions and texted Jesse. He quickly responded even after he had left the dealership. They have already called to see how I was enjoying the new car and even offered to take care of some blemishes on the front bumper!! 10/10. I would recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a Land Rover.

Alexei Repin was the easiest salesman to work with. From the beginning to the end, he was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Usually when we purchase vehicles, we base the likelihood of purchasing a vehicle off the salesman experience. We were beyond happy and lucky to have had the pleasure of working with Alexei. He was the one who made this sale or else we would have gone to Santa Monica for our purchase. Kudos to him and when we are in the market for another vehicle, he WILL be the one we go to first. We have zero complaints about the entire experience at Land Rover of San Diego!

We had a great experience at this dealership. We worked with Jesse, he was very knowledgeable about the brand, listened to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to make a very easy and painless buying experience. Usually you have to spend hours at a dealership and it’s an all day affair but Jesse and the team made it a very pleasant transaction and we were in and out in just a matter of a couple of hours between arriving, test driving, and leaving with our new vehicle. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman in the financing department, but he was equally amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing, walked us through the process in a very quick and efficient way, and we got to share some laughs along the way. We would definitely recommend this dealership and especially the two gentlemen that we worked with.

I stopped by this Land Rover store because my car just got totaled and I have a couple different models I wanted to check out. I looked at the discovery and defender 130. I gotta admit, I wasn’t exactly excited to go because car shopping can be very stressful, but I have never quite had an experience like I did with Z. He dedicated so much of his time to answer all my questions and he was so kind. At one point, I felt like buying a rover just because of the experience I had. When I told him I bought an x7, he seemed just as excited for me as he would’ve been if he had sold me a car himself & even asked for me to send him a picture of my x7 because he said that was a good choice as well. If anyone is in the market for a Land Rover, I recommend asking for Z if you want an honest genuine experience.
